Applications are hereby requested from suitably qualified candidates to fill the positions of a System Audit and Control Officer, Information Technology Officer which exist in a reputable Institution with Headquarters in Lagos:

1. System Audit and Control Officer

Duties
Ø Develop and implement a risk-based IT Audit Strategy in compliance with IT Audit
standards to ensure that key areas are included
Ø Plan specific IT audits to determine whether information systems are protected, controlled
and provide value to the organization
Ø Conduct IT audits in accordance with audit standards to achieve planned audit objectives
change when necessary
Ø Conduct follow up or prepare timely status reports to ensure that appropriate actions are
taken by management
Ø Reports directly to the Head, Internal Audit and Control.

Qualifications/Skill Requirements
Ø Strong knowledge of IT Audit Assurance Standards, Guideline & Tools, Techniques, Code of
Professional Ethnics and other applicable standards
Ø An IT Risk management/Assessment Concepts, tools and techniques in an Audit context
Ø Strong knowledge of control objectives and controls related to information systems
Ø Knowledge of audit planning and audit project management techniques, including follow up
Ø Knowledge of fundamental business processes (e.g purchasing, payroll, accounts payable,
accounts receivable) including relevant IT
Ø Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations which affect the scope, evidence, collection and
preservation, and frequency of audits
Ø Knowledge of evidence collection techniques (e.g observation, inquiry, interview, data
analysis) used to gather, protect and preserve audit evidence
Ø Knowledge of reporting and communication techniques
Ø Knowledge of audit quality assurance systems and frameworks
Ø Knowledge of IT architecture related to data, applications and technology (e.g web based
applications, web services).
Ø BSc./HND in Accounting , Computer Science from any reputable institution
Ø A Master Degree in the same discipline is an added advantage
Ø Must be a member of Certificate Information System Auditor (CISA) with not less than 5
years working experience in the Audit Department
Ø The candidate should not be more than 40 years of age
Ø Good ICT skill is basic requirement

2. Information Technology Officers

Duties
- Database Management/Programme and Software Development (2 Positions)
- Proficiency in the use of Structure Query Language (SQL)
- Programming and Software Development such as ava, C#. Net, VB.Net, Oject Oriented
Analysis & Design, PHP
- Proficiency in the use of Access and Excell
- Networking (1 Position)
- Lan Management
- Network Designs using CISCO and other networking device
- Proficiency in Routing and switching technology
- Good Understanding of VPN technology
- In-depth knowledge of windows servers and services
- The Officers will report directly to the Head, Information Technology

Personalities/Competences/Qualifications
Ø Strong ability to work effectively in a team
Ø Reporting, Writing and strong presentation skill
Ø Adaptability
Ø B.Sc/HND Computer Science from any reputable institution with not less than 5 years
working experience
Ø A Masters Degree in the same discipline is an added advantage
Ø The candidate should not be more than 40 years of age
Ø IT Professional qualifications is a strong advantage
