The corporation is an insurance broking and risk management company actively reinventing and repositioning itself as the leading insurance brokingand risk management service provider in Nigeria. As a result of this, the following vacancy has arisen and it is required to be filled immediately.

HEAD (REINSURANCE) – REF: RE 001

Requirements
The candidate is expected to

• Be university educated.
• Possess higher degree of MBA
• Possess the ACII or ACIIN qualification
• Have a minimum of 12 years post-NYSC work experience, most of which will be hands-on experience in an insurance company or insurance broking company environment and at least 6 years management level experience
• Have management and leadership skills
• Possess ability to take a successful Division to the next level by establishing a strong presence in regional reinsurance markets
• Have good knowledge of the Nigerian Insurance environment with ability to exploit the major influences on markets

He must be a leader who can take charge of a profit center, leading and motivating a small, dedicated team to achieve exceptional results. The successful candidate will have full profit center responsibility.

HEAD (HR AND ADMINISTRATION) – REF: HRA 001

Job Responsibility
The candidate will oversee HR and Administration functions, staff matters, purchases, facility management and allied issues

Requirements
The candidate is expected to

• Be University educated
• Possess a higher degree
• Have had at least 8 years work experience in medium or large enterprise(s) in the HR or Administration fields (preferably in the two fields of management level)
• MBA will be added advantage
