HEAD (REINSURANCE) – REF: RE 001
Requirements
The candidate is expected to
- Be university educated.
- Possess higher degree of MBA
- Possess the ACII or ACIIN qualification
- Have a minimum of 12 years post-NYSC work experience, most of which will be hands-on experience in an insurance company or insurance broking company environment and at least 6 years management level experience
- Have management and leadership skills
- Possess ability to take a successful Division to the next level by establishing a strong presence in regional reinsurance markets
- Have good knowledge of the Nigerian Insurance environment with ability to exploit the major influences on markets
He must be a leader who can take charge of a profit center, leading and motivating a small, dedicated team to achieve exceptional results. The successful candidate will have full profit center responsibility.
