An established Nigerian Electrical Engineering organization, undergoing restructuring requires highly motivated individuals to join its newly assembled management team.

Head, Oil & Gas

The successful candidates will be responsible for driving the growth strategy for the power business group, bid for various power projects, supervise power projects and exercise marketing functions on all power products of the company and mange the technical partnership relationship.

Requirements:

· Understands the current trends in the Oil & Gas industry

· Must have supervised power projects from conception to project conclusion.

· Good working knowledge of Power/Electrical Engineering designs.

· Has significant experience in HV/HT, 11KVA – 132KVA installation, Transformer installation.

· Understands cable terminations/Joints, heat tracing activities

· Possession of a good Engineering degree and professional qualifications. (COREN, a must)

· Minimum of 5 years experience in the Electrical Engineering industry.

· Ideal age between 30-40 years.

Head, Telecoms

The successful candidates will be responsible for driving the growth strategy for the Telecom business group, bid for various Telecom projects, supervise projects and exercise marketing functions on all Telecom products of the company and mange the technical partnership relationship.

Requirements:

· Understands the current trends in the Telecoms industry

· Must have project supervisory skill from conception to project conclusion.

· Good working knowledge of Power/Electrical Engineering designs.

· Has significant experience in marketing of Telecoms products especially Fibre optics.

· Develops marketing plans and supervise sales Engineers

· Understands Fibre optics installations, accessories marketing

· Possession of a good Engineering degree and professional qualifications. (COREN, a must)

· Minimum of 5 years experience in the Telecoms industry.

· Ideal age between 30-40 years.

Electrical Sales Engineers (Abuja/PHC/Lagos)

Reporting to the marketing Manager, the successful candidates will be responsible for sales and marketing activities of all electrical products such as cables, transformers, cables accessories, and prospecting for projects.

Requirements:

· Degree in Electrical Engineering with a strong technical background in Electrical products.

· Sales & marketing of Electrical products.

· Excellent presentation/selling skills are essential. Must possess personal drive.

· Searching, developing and growing long-term relationships with customers.

· Managing and interpreting customer requirements – speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs;

· Analyzing costs and sales;

· Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;

· Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education;

· Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;

· A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

· Ideal age between 27-35 years.

Finance, Manager

The successful candidates will be responsible for managing the company’s finance, supervise human resources, administrative functions and handle all regulatory and statutory compliances issues.

Requirements:

· A good university degree and professional qualification (ACA)

· Deliver timely and accurate reports.

· Prepare financial reports monthly.

· Handle budgets and budgeting processes.

· Manage treasury functions.

· Understands various tax issues as it affects the oil industry.

· Provide and setup control environment for the organization

· A minimum of 5 years experience in the relevant field is required.

· Ideal age between 30-35 years.

Stores Supervisor Executive

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidates will be responsible for all the stock/material issues in the company and on all projects and the factory.

Requirements:

· Carry out periods stock taking exercises weekly/monthly.

· Inspection of imported materials/finished goods and other items received into the store.

· To monitor stock to ensure no stock outs.

· Must have proper knowledge of inventory control system.

· Able to manage a store with minimum supervision.

· To ensure that orders are accurately picked and delivered in accordance with agreed schedules.

· To set up internal control processes to ensure theft prevention.

Procurement & Logistics Executive

The successful candidates will be responsible for managing the company’s procurement operations, handle all logistics issues.

Requirements:

· A good university degree and professional qualification

· Deliver timely and accurate reports.

· Handle all local and foreign procurements

· Manage and supervise the logistics administration requirements of the company.

· A minimum of 3 years experience in the relevant field is required.

· Ideal age between 30-35 years.
