The successful candidates shall posses a postgraduate degree in medicine or public health with extensive experience working on HIV/AIDS treatment programs. Demonstrable experience in advanced ART and AIDS palliative care is a must. The candidate shall in addition have at least 2-years experience in program management at a senior level. Experience in operations research and health system strengthening shall be an added advantage.
Location:
The objective of the M & E officer position is assist the M & E systems advisor in the management of the project M & E system to generate data and strategic information for program management, reporting, documentation or results, and publication of operational research findings.
The suitable candidate will have a postgraduate degree in statistics, demography, epidemiology or related field with focus on a on database management systems. S/he will have at least 2 years hands-on-experience at a senior position in monitoring and evaluation of HIV/AIDS and TB programs with very good analytical, presentation, communication and reporting skills. Practice in operational research is highly desirable.
Location:
The suitable candidates shall posses a post graduate degree in Medical Laboratory Science and at least 5 years technical working experience in an automated HIV/AIDS laboratory and demonstrable capacity to operate s CD4, hematology and chemistry automated equipment. S/he will have program management experience managing, supervising and coaching laboratory staff is mandatory. PEPFAR experience is desirable. Experience in operations research and health system strengthening shall be an added advantage.
Location: Taraba State
The suitable candidates will have a post-graduate degree in public health, medicine, or other related field with at least 3 years experience working on a PEPFAR-supported ART program. Experience building capacity of health workers to provide HIV/AIDS and TB care and treatment is a must. The candidate will have demonstrable expertise in managing clients along the continuum of care, PMTCT and linkable with community-based programs. Program design and management experience is desireable. Practical experience working on pediatric care and treatment programs will be an added advantage.
