Job Description:
He shall support the design of curriculum and the development of programmes, assist in ensuring all competencies have appropriate curriculum cover, assist in the development of competency-based training programs for the organisation, maintain the course catalogue and other training/development related records for the company, prepare pre-course assessments and advise suitability of persons for recommended training programmes throughout the organisation, act on research outcomes on performance of various departments and draw up training programs in agreement with the recommendations of each research outcome, provide performance consulting via pre-course competency assessment, program delivery and evaluation, manual Design
Note: The employment status is permannent and the job conditions is standard MTNN working conditions while the field work is less than 40% of total work hours. The qualified candidate shall be reporting to Learning Solutions Manager
Required Qualification and Skills:
- A good first degree preferably in the Social Sciences.
- Four years work experience preferably within the Human Resources environment
- Two years experience in training delivery
